Risi SriVaso’s teachings are straightforward and easily graspable, sparking enthusiasm among yoga beginners. Today, his disciples are actively spreading the aesthetic principles they’ve learned from him, making them accessible to people worldwide.

Born and raised in a Buddhist family in Japan. Lila’s early exposure to spirituality fostered a deep-seated curiosity and respect for ancient wisdom.
Lila attended her first yoga classes in Japan, sparking a burning desire to delve deeper into the roots of yoga and meditation and travel to India. Lila’s journey through India was transformative, leading her to Pune in 2012, where her path crossed with two monumental figures in the spiritual world: Osho and B.K.S. Iyengar.
Under Guruji Iyengar's direct guidance, she dedicated nearly two years to learning and mastering the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Series, infused with Iyengar’s meticulous principles of alignment and the innovative use of yoga props.
Lila joined Risi Srivaso's Yoga TTC and later became part of the teaching team when he founded his Yoga School.
Lila continues her practice with a relentless focus on self-discipline and determination, which deeply enriched my understanding and skill. Her years of rigorous practice and learning allow her to guide students safely and effectively, ensuring they embark on their yoga journey with the right balance of challenge and care.

Raised in a traditional Hindu family in India, Sasa grew up immersed in the recitation of mantras, yogic practices, and tantric ceremonies from an early age. This upbringing cultivated her spiritual inclinations, ultimately leading Sasa to Osho’s Ashram in Pune in 2017, where sh met Risi SriVaso, marking a transformative phase in my spiritual journey.
On her 21st birthday Sasa received initiation into the Osho lineage of meditation, deeply resonating with his teachings and vision. This commitment heralded a new era of spiritual exploration for Sasa, she pursued yoga training at the MYT Yoga School, where her dedication saw her rise to become one of its Directors.
Teaching yoga has always been a fervent passion for Sas, particularly in the disciplines of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. She is constantly sharpening and strengthening her ability to make complex concepts in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics accessible and joyfully interesting to her students.

We are honored to introduce Kiwi, our dedicated teacher and director of MYT Yoga Taiwan. With over 7 years of experience practicing and teaching Tantra and Yoga, Kiwi shown phenomenal energy and innovation in launching MYT’s presence in Taiwan and beyond.
As the youngest member of the MYT team, Kiwi embodies a unique blend of passion, dedication, and vision. A true yogi at heart, often described as “born to do this work,” she is deeply committed to guiding students on their path of self-discovery.
Kiwi’s background in physiotherapy allows her to bring a profound understanding of the body into her teachings, ensuring that every practice is both safe and transformative. She is especially passionate about Tantra Yoga, mantra chanting, and sharing Risi SriVaso’s vision of awakening across Chinese-speaking communities.
Her authenticity, dedication, and love for the practice shine through in every class, making her an inspiring guide for students stepping onto the path of yoga.

Sanhita Joshi embodies a profound understanding of the interconnectedness between mind, body, and spirit. As a Yoga teacher, she draws from multiple traditions—Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Yin, Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama, Kriya, Meditation, and Relaxation practices—to create balanced and accessible sessions. With a focus on individualized attention, her teachings encourage students to explore their inner world while cultivating strength, stillness, and harmony.
Alongside Yoga, Sanhita works with the wisdom of the Vedic sciences. Through Vedic Astrology and Loshu Grid Numerology, she helps individuals gain deeper clarity about their life patterns and potential. As a Tarot reader, she offers intuitive guidance using both Rider Waite and Osho Zen decks, combining insight and reflection to support authentic decision-making and spiritual growth.
Her journey has been as unique as her offerings. Coming from a film background and experiencing early fame as an actor, she chose to step away from the spotlight to pursue her passion for spiritual and occult sciences. Influenced by her grandparents’ values and her mother’s example as a devoted spiritual practitioner, she grew up in an environment rooted in healing and giving.
Guided by the principle of being a student first, Sanhita believes in practicing before preaching. With humility and devotion, she continues to walk the path set by her teachers and Gurus. Passionate about sharing both her knowledge and lived experience, she creates nurturing spaces where growth, healing, and transformation can truly flourish.

Devin Lohana, of Indian origin, grew up in a business background but felt a deep spiritual calling that eventually led him to the path of Yoga. From childhood, he was blessed with the guidance and support of teachers and Gurus whose wisdom greatly influenced his life and the values he carries forward today.
Passionate about holistic health, Devin is dedicated to nurturing the complete well-being of his students—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Rooted in the philosophy of Hatha Yoga, his teaching creates a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their inner selves, heal, and grow. With empathy as the foundation of his work, Devin empowers his students to take charge of their own health journeys and discover transformation through self-awareness.
In his classes, Devin goes beyond Asana practice by integrating the philosophical dimensions of Yoga—the cornerstone of true transformation. Through mindful practices, contemplative techniques, and thoughtful interventions, he helps cultivate harmony and healing within his students. His approach is practical, reminding people that self-work does not always mean hard work, but rather a balanced and conscious journey inward.
Over time, his path naturally expanded into Reiki, further enriching his understanding of energy, healing, and holistic living. Together, Yoga and Reiki form the essence of Devin’s teaching, offering a well-rounded approach to inner and outer well-being.
