We are primarily known for teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Iyengar props. Our initial weeks of training are focused on teaching you the asanas of Ashtanga Primary Series in detail so that you can build up your own self-paced practice.
Once you reach to a certain level of confidence then we introduce you to the flow which can be either guided, lead or spontaneous. Our classes are a fusion of beginner and intermediate level. Since, we cover how one can practice Injury-free, the students learn ways of protecting their bodies while practicing.
More than 80 Asanas are taught in this training course. The major style is Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow with Iyengar Yoga Props.
This style of practice energizes the body and provides a safely aligned arena to move from pose to pose with breathing space and great fun.
The 200-hr YTTC teaches the way of using a belt, block, ropes and bolster for better and deeper injury free practice. It also covers instructions on new variations of Asanas which are designed to match the anatomical, physiological, hormonal and genetic variations of human body.
As a potential yoga teacher, your understanding of correct alignment and adjustment can really make you stand out from rest of the graduates of other schools.
Our School is known for its focus on Alignment and hand-on adjustment training. There are several lessons on Postural Guidance and Alignment Correction that one covers in the Teaching Methodology and Practicum modules of the course.

Yes. Our Batch Size is usually around 20. We create small groups to ensure that proper care is taken for every student. The students can always approach our teachers for guidance.
We constantly communicate with every student and encourage students to ask their doubts and queries without any hesitation. From the second week onwards, we invite students to teach and practice this further in practicum classes with constructive feedbacks. In the last week, all the students have to lead a class that gives one a perspective of how much one has learned from our training.
Our Trainings are Accredited with the Yoga Alliance US. After you successfully complete your training, you can use our certificate to register yourself as Registered Yoga Teacher(RYT) and pay their annual fees and start working as a yoga teacher anywhere in the world.
